People in the North-End of Stafford help to alleviate "period poverty"

There has been a "red box" in the foyer at St Bertelin's church, in the north-end of Stafford, since summer 2019. People who hire the halls and worshippers have been putting feminine hygiene products into the box, for distribution via the "Red Box Project" to women and girls across Stafford who need a bit of support. Two boxfuls have been given to women and girls via the Red Box Project during this time and have been distributed via schools.

The Project in Stafford has now come to an end, and the final boxful is going to Staffordshire Womens Aid for distribution to women and girls.

Thank you to everyone who has supported women and girls in this way!
