Kintsugi Hope Well Being Group 7.30pm - 9pm. Every Wednesday starting from the 17th September for 12 weeks. For contact details : 01827 62612 

The aims of the Kintsugi Hope Well Being Group are:

“In all that we do, we aim for Kintsugi Hope to be a place where people can experience:

  1. Safety and support, where there is no shame in struggling
  2. An increase in self-worth, confidence and wellbeing
  3. A deeper understanding of the reality of God’s love for them
  4. Clear pathways to receive additional support if needed” from the Kinstugi Hope website (https://www.kintsugihope.com/wellbeing-groups)

It is not a place for those experiencing crisis, or going through changes in medication of therapy.

Rather it is a place where everyone can find ways of dealing with stress in a safe space- with time to reflect on their current coping mechanisms.

There are opportunities to be signposted for further mental health support throughout the 12 weeks.

Themes include: self-esteem, Anxiety, perfectionism, disappointment among others.
