Stowe Village Produce Guild – Garden Guild

At our September meeting the Village Hall was colourfully decorated by the high number of geraniums which we had all grown during the summer and now presented for competition. The tiny pug plants we were given in March were all identical so there was a blast of pretty pink on one side of the room, on the other side were excellent flower arrangements, flowering pot plants and vegetables for our monthly contest. The venue was set for a relaxed and enjoyable evening with plenty of food (each member had brought one plate for sharing), entertainment and music.

At our next meeting : 7-30pm Wednesday 15th October, Steve Booth will talk about The Fauld Explosion in 1944.

We meet at 7-30pm every third Wednesday of the month with guest speakers, competitions, refreshments and a sales table.

Visitors are always welcome.
