Over 40 members and guests enjoyed an evening of chocolate at our February meeting. Lynn and Emma, (mother and daughter) came from Quorn, Leics to talk all things chocolate.They own Hannah’s Chocolates which has been a chocolate and cake shop for 38 years.

Emma told us the origins of chocolate and how they import theirs from Belgium. It is sent to them in buttons which they then melt over a Bainmarie before making the chocolates. Emma prepared a chocolate bunny and made other decorations for an Easter treat, which was raffled off and lucky Cath had the winning ticket.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 10th March at 7-30pm.

It is the annual meeting and also the local First Responders are attending to give a talk. 

New members and guests are always welcome.

Meetings are held in the Village Hall at 7-30pm on the second Tuesday of the month.

Stowe WI also holds a monthly coffee morning at Stowe Village Hall on the 4th Thursday of the month. Everyone is welcome between 10.00am and midday. The next two dates are 26th February and 26th March 2026.
