Resurrection People (that is what followers of Jesus are) do not leave their joy in church or throw it away with the Easter Egg packaging. They bubble with joy all year, and share that joy by showing kindness and compassion to everyone we meet!
Thanks to a generous donation in the form of a legacy, the the old halogen lights have been replaced with bright new LED fitments. The new lighting has made an amazing difference and fortunately not shown up too many of the cobwebs!
This year Mid-Trent wants to celebrate Palm Sunday with something a little different. Those who will enjoy a longer walk will meet at St Andrews, Weston at 9-45am. They will carry a cross along the towpath and offer palm crosses to anyone they meet.
