Holiday season begins - with the Summer Cafe on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a different feel to the services during the month of August. We begin with the Pet Service on 6th August. Everyone is welcome to bring along their (well-behaved) pet for a blessing or just come and enjoy the animals. There's also more information about the 80th Garden Guild show in a couple of weeks. We also have lots of Thank yous this week - for those who help those in desperate need using the Foodbank and those who help God's creation to flourish.With the newsletter this week is the June Foodbank newsletter featuring a very powerful message from a beneficiary of the food bank.
This week Paul writes about being a good neighbour and he brought back for me some far back memories of childhood viewing! There's also news of an archaeological dig in the churchyard and a new list of wanted items for the food bank. There's a real treasure trove of items this week!
