COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

We are sad to announce that, in light of government guidance around non-essential contact and following advice from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York we will be suspending all public worship at St. Mary's Church, Wyke until further notice.

Our vicar Rev Lucy Wormsley will be conducting daily prayers for the whole Parish and will continue to celebrate the Eucharist at 10.30am each Sunday morning. We hope to live stream the Sunday services on Facebook and encourage you to join her in praying or watching along with her at this time.

We recognise that this is a very difficult and worrying time for many and so we encourage you to remain strong in your faith and continue to pray for those around you. We are looking into ways in which we can offer further support to those most vulnerable in our community and will share details as we have them about our plans.

Printed and online worship and prayer materials are available for people on request and if you find you would appreciate prayer or a chat then please be in touch with Rev. Lucy on 01274 887686 or 07305221835 (this is a busy time with organising community support so leave a message if you can't get through and she will call you back as soon as is possible).
