On the seventy-first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s accession to the throne, residents of the parish Irstead gathered on 6th February 2023, to plant a tree in commemoration of Her Late Majesty’s long and dedicated life and service.
This year sees us celebrating 50 years of The NIB - our parish magazine. It first appeared in April 1976 under the title of 'Neatishead, Irstead and Barton Turf Parish News', soon after to be named The NIB.
