Today we lit a candle to remember our mothers.  Roger Lumley led our service.  At the end of the service all who attended received a small posy of yellow and white roses.  With our coffee we enjoyed a beautiful piece of Simnel cake decorated with marzipan, incorporating 11 marzipan balls on the top, representing the 12 apostles and sugared primrose flowers.
