The very accomplished choir from St Mary’s Church, Horsham will be leading Choral Evensong at 6pm in St Peter’s on 29th June to celebrate our Patronal Festival. The service will be followed by a reception in church with drinks and canapés. This event is supported by a grant from the Choral Evensong Trust.

St Peter

Welcome to the parish church of St Peter, Cowfold in the Diocese of Chichester. We are a friendly and welcoming church linked with Holy Trinity in Lower Beeding and St John's, Coolhurst. The church building dates back to the 13th century and has many interesting features including some ancient stained glass windows and a brass to Thomas Nelond from the Priory of Lewes. 
The church is open every day for visitors and private prayer.

Our pattern of Sunday services is given below.

1st Sunday of the month - 10am Parish Eucharist 
2nd Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 10am 'Short and Sweet' Family Service
3rd Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 11:15am Parish Eucharist
4th Sunday - 10am Parish Eucharist
5th Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 10am Joint Eucharist alternating between St Peter Cowfold and Holy Trinity Lower Beeding
