The church will be filled with Christmas trees displayed by local people and organisations, and we are pleased to welcome some local craft stalls. Free entry on Saturday 13th from 12pm to 4pm and Sunday 14th from 11am to 1pm with tea, coffee and home made cakes. St Peter

Welcome to the parish church of St Peter, Cowfold in the Diocese of Chichester. We are a friendly and welcoming church in the Benfice of Lower Beeding with Coolhurst and Cowfold. The church building dates back to the 13th century and has many interesting features including some ancient stained glass windows and a brass to Thomas Nelond from the Priory of Lewes. The church is open every day for visitors and private prayer.

Our pattern of Sunday services is given below. 

1st Sunday of the month - 10am Parish Eucharist 
2nd Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 10am 'Short and Sweet' Family Service
3rd Sunday - 10am Joint Parish Eucharist 
4th Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 10am Joint Parish Eucharist at Holy Trininty, Lower Beeding
5th Sunday - 8am Holy Communion; 10am Joint Eucharist alternating between St Peter Cowfold and Holy Trinity Lower Beeding
