COVID-19 Update - shortened, said, congregationally distanced/face-masked services have resumed. Online Worship available from 11am on 1st and 3rd Sundays via the Facebook Page @stMarysTicehurst. Online service/readings sheets can be found in the appropriate ACNY service box and on our website www.ticehurstandflimwell.church . The livestreams and recordings of previous online services can be seen . The building continues, however, to be closed to visitors, as it has been for many years on security grounds.
SAFEGUARDING - The parish of St Augustine's Flimwell (dedicated to St Augustine of Canterbury) is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Chichester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services. See www.ticehurstandflimwell.church for contact details.
Our Parish Safeguarding Officer is Deborah West, tel. 01580 879335; email [email protected]
