We invite all our congregations to join together for this service - there will be no separate Families service or Mattins.

The service is followed by SussexFest on the Cathedral Green, a free community celebration marking Sussex Day and everything that makes our city and county so special.

Safeguarding

The Dean and Chapter are committed to the protection of children and vulnerable adults visiting the Cathedral, the Cathedral Choristers, and those attending services as well as any Employees, Trainees and Volunteers.

There are seven people at the Cathedral (two clergy, four staff, and a volunteer team leader) who work closely with the Cathedral Safeguarding Officer and are specially trained and available to talk to anyone who has a safeguarding concern about a child, young person or any adult who may be at risk.
