A traditional Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion Service
The Darwen Vineyard Midweek Group are running an Alpha course at Derwent Hall, George St, Darwen BB3 1AY on Wednesday evenings 7-9pm, starting on Wednesday 15th April. The Alpha course is designed to encourage conversation and explore the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. It runs over 11 weeks. There is no charge. Everyone welcome. Saint Cuthbert's Church will be open every Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
POP-UP CAFÉ - Open from 11am until 2pm ish on Saturday 6th June at Saint
Stephen's, Tockholes.

Our Sunday services are for all ages and we cater for those who are
0-90+. Incense is used within some services. Traditional hymns are led by
a choir and organ. We also have a Sunday School and crèche area for toddlers and their parents.
Refreshments of tea & coffee, biscuits and (sometimes cakes) are
served after the service.
Saturday 13th June from 10am at Saint Cuthbert's Primary school. If
you have a little time to help please pop in.
Sunday 14th June at 3pm. This fantastic ladies choir have booked Saint
Cuthbert's church to hold their Summer Concert with guests Ukes Like Us Together. Tickets
are £8, with under 16s £4.
Our evening service is a spiritual home for all, sung by our parish church choir. The service follows the Book of Common Prayer format with sung Hymns, Psalms, Magnificat and Nunc Dimitis.
