The group is open to all older adults, including those with dementia and their carers to come along and create memories and make connections. Whether you're looking to engage in activities, make new friends, or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon, this is the place for you! The Church Choir meets for rehearsal. If you can sing, David Ridout, our church organist, would be delighted to see you. Even if you cannot commit yourself to come regularly, we would love to see you. We are especially in need of male voices!

Our main service of the week when we come together to worship God in words and song and share in the Eucharist. Everyone is welcome both at the service and to join us for tea or coffee afterwards in our church room.

A sung Eucharist for Palm Sunday, with a three-part reading of the Passion Gospel from Matthew's Gospel.

Sung Eucharist for Maundy Thursday, with the Stripping of the Sanctuary and the Watch until 10pm.

An All-Age Service for the morning of Good Friday, as we hear the Good Friday story from the perspective of some of the people there on the first Good Friday. It follows on from the Good Friday Children's Event, but those who have not attended the Event are equally welcome to join us for the service.

The Passion Gospel in three parts, with traditional prayers, hymns and music, as we remember Christ's Crucifixion.

Service for younger children and families

If you would like to attend Evening Prayer, a service with hymns is held at St Paul's, usually held every first Sunday of the month at 6.00pm.

On the third Sunday in the month, we hold an All Age Service, with our whole church family worshipping together. Sometimes the members of the Footsteps Sunday School take part in the service in various ways and families are encouraged to remain in the church throughout the service. Toys are available in the Church Room for any younger children who need to go out with a parent or carer for a while. Tea and coffee are available after the service.
