Happy Days! We have a new Rector! Rev Laurence Price who will start following his licensing on September 21st @ St Mary’s Childrey. Laurence is married and has children. He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm and importantly likes cake! We are confident he will thrive in our Shire and bring new energy and ideas to both St John the Baptist Kingston Lisle and the wider Benefice. All at Kingston Lisle are grateful to the wider folk at the Deanery and Diocese who helped us navigate the rough seas of seiection, particularly Associate Archdeacon of Dorchester Jane Haslam and Bishop Gavin and the various folk who have kept the show on the road during services namely Rev Mary Harwood, Bishop Gavin, Associate Archdeacon of Dorchester Jane Haslam, Rev Robin Lapwood and Archdeacon of Dorchester David Tyler Finally à shout out to all the KL Faithful who pitched in over the last 10 months!
