The Churches fall under the Oxford Diocese and the standard CoE terms and conditions apply to the process of recruitment and the role

Primarily we are looking for someone who is happy to live in a rural area, is a driver with a car, and can help us build our congregations and is happy to work relatively independently.

The Churches in the Benefice are well organised and funded as well as being welcoming and friendly
