About Us

The parish has no church building owned by the Church of England. The original Anglican church of Cheam Common, St Philip's, was closed due to structural problems and demolished in 1978. The parish is part of a Local Ecumenical Partnership and worships in the local Methodist Church: Christ Church.

We are one congregation, drawing on the rich traditions offered to us by both Anglicanism and Methodism. Our clergy team comprises of a part-time Anglican Vicar (Revd Stephanie Nadarajah) and a Methodist Minister (Revd Paul Timmis).
