Southlake: St James

St James' Church Centre is open for worship every Sunday at 10:00am (which is also live-streamed), and Wednesday Communion at 10:00am.

We are a lively, open evangelical church, aiming to encourage people to grow in faith and experience through contemporary worship and bible based teaching. We have an energetic children’s ministry including weekly Toddler groups and monthly Messy Church, and seek to embrace all ages in our wide range of activities. Our building is available to, and widely used by, local community groups as well as our own Pre –School and very popular weekly Cafe.

The parish of Southlake: St James is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
