Church of England Diocese of Norwich Bradwell

Bradwell: St Nicholas

Welcome to the details for our wonderful church family.  We are a single parish benefice within the Church of England based in Bradwell, Norfolk.

In these challenging times we are more than ever happy to welcome people to our fellowship, whether this be online or in person.

Message from Steve our rector 19th October 2021

Hello everyone

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our page, and due to the fantastic work of our NHS, their treatment of covid patients and the roll out of the immunisation program, we are beginning to open up church again.

We are very aware of the need to do so with the safety of everyone in mind.  We are suggesting that masks are still worn in the church building and when we are singing.  Seating is a matter of personal preference, we do have the north and south aisles still set up for those of us who still would like to socially distance other than that common sense must prevail.

Our website is a work in progress at the moment, but we are returning to a regular pattern of services

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">Monday, Wednesday and Friday ; morning prayer 08.30 for about 15 minutes on Zoom (details below)</span>

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">We are sharing communion in the building on </span>

Wednesday Mornings at 9am (no booking necessary), and <span style="font-size: 1rem;">Sunday morning at 8am (no booking necessary, and a said BCP service)</span>

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">Our main family friendly Sunday 10am service is a hybrid, with some in church and the service simultaneously broadcast on Zoom and Facebook live. The first Sunday in the month we do share communion, all are welcome.</span>

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">For all of our zoom services here are the access details</span>

Meeting ID: 761 8519 1744

Passcode: 937574

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">We will also be opening the Church building on Wednesday 9.00 until 11.00am for private prayer.</span>

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">We are looking forward secure in the knowledge passed to us via the prophet Jeremiah, 'For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'</span>

God bless all
