Traditionally, a day when people returned to their "mother church," it is now a cherished time for us to celebrate the gift of motherhood, the care of our spiritual mother, the Church, and all those who have nurtured and shaped us.

Croydon Minster is an open church in spirit and practice: everyone is welcome.

The heart of this place is our worship, when we open ourselves to God in word and sacrament on Sundays, and day by day, enriched by the music of the Anglican choral tradition.

We keep this historic building open during the day as a place where people can come to pray, sit, rest or just ponder and be still.

We are honoured to serve the civic life of Croydon and to be the place of many baptisms, weddings, funerals and other occasions for the people of our town.
