To mark the Centenary of the Diocese of Blackburn we are holding a special weekend of celebration on September 12/13.
Throughout the weekend, local organisations, growers, flower clubs, volunteers and community groups have come together in a remarkable expression of partnership and shared endeavour, demonstrating how creativity, collaboration, and community action can strengthen local relationships while making a meaningful contribution to the care of our environment. Their collective efforts offer a powerful reminder that stewardship of creation is both a responsibility and an opportunity, enabling us to build a more sustainable future.
