ST ANDREW'S AND BENEFICE .

Church_news Notices

It is with considerable pleasure we have to announce our intention for the churches of the St Andrew's Ashingdon, Benefice and the Pearl Cluster of Churches MMU, to recommence services in person from Easter Sunday 4th April, 2021.

Until then, online Morning Prayer will be available on Monday and Friday mornings, with a reflection on Wednesdays at 9.30am, and an online Communion Sundays via the CASP/ROACH Facebook page starting at 9.30am, this will continue for the foreseeable future, whilst our area remains in Tiers 4/5 - This will be subject to review, in accordance with Government, C of E and Diocesan guidance.

Following on from the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, we have taken some time to study the data and taken into account

both Diocesan and National church guidelines and now feel we are in a place to offer our own roadmap out of lock down.

Our aim is to safely open and offer everyone an opportunity to come together for in person worship at our churches, with this in mind please be aware that there will still be some restrictions in place.

Therefor our plan is to open our churches for Easter Sunday 4th April, remembering that this is resurrection Sunday! A timely reminder of a resurrection church!

The following services throughout Holy Week are supported by online provision:

7th ,14th, 21st and 28th March; Maundy Thursday and Good Friday
