About Us
St Mary the Virgin Aythorpe Roding is a delightful 13th century manor church set away from the village down a quiet lane, surrounded by fields and the rolling Essex countryside. There is some evidence that the village once surrounded the church, but the houses are now scattered throughout the parish.
