A Said Eucharist.
This is a quiet reflective service lasting approximately 40 minutes. It consists of prayers, bible readings, a short "thought for the day" and Holy Communion. It is a music-free service.
Many who have managed to get up early enough have commented on how quiet and peaceful they find this service, and the most surprising people have found that it helps them connect with God. But you do have to be up at 8 a.m. on a Sunday Morning...
Our Parish Mass takes place in person in church and is also live-streamed on our Facebook site. Tea & Coffee is served after the service in church.
This is a lively service with guitars, drums, robes and candles.
The service lasts about an hour and a half. Children are in at the beginning of the Mass, then those who are old enough go out to their Sunday School groups. They come back in at Communion and feed back what they have been up to.
We are a congregation with lots of families and a good mix of people of ages who prefer a more contemporary style of worship.
For old or young, big or small - something for everyone - a safe play place for little ones, simple crafts, old-fashioned board games, jigsaws for all ages, occasional talks or a proper coffee morning.
