An opportunity for children to have a play in a safe environment. Parents and carers also enjoy refreshments and a chat.

All are welcome at this informal and friendly event, where a bible passage is studied with opportunity for discussion. Refreshments are also served. This homegroup is a joint activity between St. Paul's Church, as well as St. Peter's Church, and meets in two different homes. On the 2nd Thursday in the month it generally takes place in a church member's home and on the 4th Thursday in the month the Bible Study is held at The Vicarage. These are regular opportunities to meet informally to find out more from God’s word “The Bible”. We meet on Wednesdays at 12.00 noon during term time. Please bring your packed lunch and come and join us! Drinks provided.

Messy Church meets once every school holiday or thereabouts. We advertise each event on our Facebook page and on our website.
Messy Church is based on the concept that we all lead messy lives, but that God can bring good out of our chaos when we trust him with it. Messy Church is run by a team of volunteers who provide craft, games and learning activities for all the family. Each session ends with a celebration at the front of church, where we look at what we have done and see how it fits together with our Bible theme. Sessions end with cakes and light refreshments and you can take home anything you have made to show to your friends and family.
