On 19th July we have the 'Pilgrimage of Song'. This is a a wonderful opportunity for anyone who enjoys singing to join in or just come along to listen to the music. You don't have to walk if that's challenging. It should be a lot of fun and a chance to meet new people.

A walk of around six miles, from Feering (near Kelvedon) to Tiptree, singing a short service at each church along the way, and ending with a hot meal.

WORKSHOP: The day begins with a workshop in which we learn the music to be sung at churches on our route. There will be a variety of music to suit varying abilities, including both experienced choral singers and those who just enjoy singing the tune.

WALK and SERVICES: After an initial service at All Saints, Feering, we walk to St Mary's, Kelvedon, then on via All Saints, Inworth to St Luke's, Tiptree.

WHO IS LEADING: The event will be directed by Richard Hubbard (Artistic Director of Cantus Firmus).

MEAL: After the final service there will be fish and chips in the church hall at St Luke's, Tiptree..
