St John's East Dulwich
St John’s is a warm, welcoming and inclusive church at the heart of East Dulwich, a church community made up of people of all ages and backgrounds. St John's is part of the Church of England, in the Diocese of Southwark. You are very welcome to join us!
Normally our Sunday services are at 8am and 10am. We say morning prayer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9am online. We re-opened for worship in church from Sunday 28 March and will be holding Said Mass in church at 8am and Sung Mass at 10.00am each Sunday. The 10am Mass will also be live streamed on Zoom and Youtube. See our Sunday email for more details.
Please see our weekly notice sheet here. You can sign-up for our weekly Sunday email with details of all our services, reflections, prayer resources and information here. You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook. Resources for children from Diddy Disciples can be found here.

Parish Finances. The pandemic is touching us all in different ways and although we continue to strive to be at the heart of our community, we are also being affected by this unprecedented situation. We are no longer receiving income from the hire of the Goose Green Centre nor are we receiving offerings in the collection plate on a Sunday. We have tried to reduce our costs as much as possible but just reducing our costs will not be enough to cover our outgoings. We understand that for many these are uncertain times financially but if you feel you can support us by making a donation, no matter how small, we would be extremely grateful. Please visit our Giving page here.
Safeguarding. The parish of St John's East Dulwich is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers, PSOs. The Diocese of Southwark’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
