Ride and Stride 2026 St. Mary’s, Moreton has been entered into the Ride and Stride event.
This is open to everyone who would like to Walk or Cycle or drive( if you are disabled) to as many churches as possible on the 12th September 2026. Using the link www.friendsofessexchurches.org.uk/ride-stride
You can get people to sponsor you for your walk/cycle and half of the sponsorship money goes to the Friends of Essex churches and half to your church of choice.

Welcome to St Mary the Virgin, Moreton. We are a friendly church in a small Essex village. You are welcome to join us for worship (at 10.00 am on the fourth Sunday of the month), get involved, or just find a place of peace and prayer in a busy world - the church is usually open during daylight hours.

Our parish of Bobbingworth and Moreton is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.
