Sunday Morning 9.30 Sung Eucharist

Occuring
Every Sunday at for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
St John's Loughton
Address
Church Lane Loughton, IG101PD, United Kingdom

Our Sung Eucharist is a service with full serving team and choir, and occasionally incense. The music, candles and incense help us to encounter God through our senses. The Eucharist (Holy Communion or Lord's Supper) is at the centre of our service.

We will be live streaming our Eucharist every Sunday, via the St John's Virtual page on Facebook and on YouTube. If you have a Facebook account then please click "more about this event" button below and it will take you to the page, and do say hello in the comments. If you have a smart TV then you can usually watch our services through YouTube on your TV or other device too. If you need any help setting it up then please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
We try to ensure that all words are on the screen so that you can join in at home.

The Live streaming of our service will continue weekly

St John's Loughton

Welcome to St John's in Loughton!

Whether this is your first time here, or you know us well, you are very welcome. If you local please feel free to join us for any of our services, and if you are not nearby then please do join us online - we regularly stream our Sunday services, and other important services too. We are a diverse group of people, some who come because we are curious, or feel a need to find out more, and some who have been on their journey as Christians for may years. We have a range of services from a quiet space with traditional words that have been used for centuries, to the bustle of a family service with children everywhere. We also have a weekly Eucharist (communion) service with beautiful music from our choir.

For other's St John's is a place to come and sit a while, to light a candle, to think or pray, a place that is personal, a place that holds memories. Whatever your reason, you are welcome.

If you'd like any more information about services, pastoral care, live events (such as weddings, baptisms or funerals) please do contact us.
