About Us

St Mary's Church Loughton,  a friendly, family place of worship committed to serving the community of Loughton. Ours is an evangelical church from within the Church of England; this means that the Bible is pivotal to our personal and congregational faith, shaping the way that we think and live. We believe that individuals can know God through Jesus' love shown on the cross and His gift of the Holy Spirit.

Cafe Hope is open Monday-Friday 9:15am - 2:45am offering a place of rest and hope during the week.  We offer speciality teas and coffees and home made cake and biscuits.  Soup and roll is available if you fancy a light lunch.  We have Cafe pastors who are happy to come and sit and chat with you and if you would like are also happy to pray for you.

There are various groups and courses that run throughout the year.  Please see our website for more details.

There is a Nursery held at the Church - Little Lambs.
