Welcome to the Parish of Little Ilford: St Michael and All Angels with St Mary the Virgin. Historically rooted in a busy, vibrant and changing community we seek to offer space, quiet and the opportunity to encounter God in prayer, word and sacrament. Everyone is welcome at any of our services.

St Michael and All Angels is part of the Froud Centre on the busy Romford Road and is open all day, giving an opportunity for brief pause in our hectic lives, to sit, contemplate and pray. Access is via the community center main door. We worship each Sunday at 10am. 

St Mary the Virgin is an ancient church on Church Road and is open for morning prayer at 8:30am Tuesday to Friday and for evening prayer at 5:30pm Tuesday to Friday and Wednesdays at 10:00am during the winter months for the Eucharist, as well as at other times for special services.
