About Us

St George's is a welcoming friendly church which seeks to serve its local community in sharing the Good News of the Kingdom of God.

Our churchmanship is influenced by our Evangelical roots and our exercising of the gifts of the Spirit in which we have <span style="font-size: 1rem;">grown over the last 20 years. This is particularly as a result of our being part of the New Wine Network and seeking to </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">embody its’ values. Having an experience of renewal in our worship and fellowship through the person and work of </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">the Holy Spirit is key to understanding our approach to church life.  </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">We place a high value on the authority of the Bible and the leading of the Spirit in everyday life.</span>

The church has a variety of activities throughout the week in addition to our normal two Sunday services at 9:15 and 11:00
