Plaistow: St Philip & St James

The church of St Philip and St James in Plaistow, East London welcomes everyone. We want to ensure that all who come through the doors (and those that don't!) receive a warm welcome into the church family and has a chance to encounter the love of God. We celebrate the Eucharist (communion) every Sunday and pray, sing, worship and explore the bible together as well as enjoying time together over refreshments after the service.  There is a children's group during the service and we value all and celebrate diversity. We believe that church life is not restricted to Sundays and services and have a real heart for community and social action and are exploring how to live that out. We don't have all the answers but we are enjoying working it out.   ALL are welcome so please come as you are and let's journey together.
