On Sunday 11th October at 2.30 pm everyone is invited to come to St Nicholas for a rousing singalong of Castle Hedingham's all-time favourite hymns. Cake will be served to keep the energy levels up.

In the meantime you are invited to vote for your five favourite hymns by completing the form in this month's Hedingham's Parish Magazine and handing it to Sarah Hendry at 30 Church Ponds, Castle Hedingham, or by emailing your choice to [email protected] or text to 07929 245864

Castle Hedingham: St Nicholas

St Nicholas is a 12th century church located in the centre of the village of Castle Hedingham. It is a large church for the size of  village because of its relationship and shared history with Hedingham Castle. It has been described as being the most exciting church in Essex and it still has many wonderful signs of its rich history which you are invited to discover.

We are a friendly community and welcome everyone to join us in our holy communion services at 11am on the first and third Sunday of each month. We also welcome you to our popular coffee mornings every Monday between 10.30am and 12pm where you can meet many residents of the village enjoying lovely homemade cakes and conversation.
