Church of England Diocese of Chelmsford Stratford, Saint Paul and Saint James

About Us

We are one of the multilingual and most diverse churches in London having services in 5 languages. Under the roof of St.Paul`s & St.James Church you can hear worship in English, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Nigerian and Ugandan languages.

We are thankful to God to have Friday and Sunday schools for young people, which is basically work with young people during every each service.   In addition we have After school clubs running on Friday, where we offer free food and educational games regardless faith or background.

We are a friendly, warm church, that welcome all. We are really a family where people can find their needs supplied and where they can share or ask for help.

Not only the after schools are open for the community, but the Food bank is a mission dedicated to tackle the poverty.  The Food Bank is open on Tuesday morning in our church, but is based on the good cooperation of Stratford Churches organisation.

Come and visit us and we hope you can find your spiritual home with us.

Our team includes Revd Ivo Anderson who is the Vicar, Rev Jeanette Meadway who is a assistant priest in Stratford and the future Vicar of St. Martin`s Church, Plaistow, Rev Annie McTighe who is a 'pioneer minister' for the Olympic Park, the pastors Urbain and Raquel (in training for future priests), Lilliet Custodio who is the children`s worker and Prudence Rash who is the Parish administrator.
