Join us this Remembrance Sunday at 10:45am as we gather to remember all those past and present who have served our country. We are happy to confirm that we will again be joined by the Warley Cadets this year.
The service will start in the church, we will then walk to the war memorial on the green, where we will finish.

Great Warley: St Mary the Virgin

Great Warley is a small, green belt, rural community just outside the M25 near Brentwood, Essex. We are blessed with a Grade I listed Church Building which has a beautiful Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau interior. We frequently welcome groups and societies from all over the country to visit the church - we love to share this local treasure with visitors so please see our website's Visit Us page for further details.

First and foremost we are a living church and we have services of worship each week - we warmly invite you to join us for a Sunday service and to get to know us better. Our pattern of Sunday worship is usually as follows:

Sunday 11.30am
Every Sunday throughout the month we meet for worship at 11.30am. On the first and fourth Sundays our service includes Holy Communion. Following the morning service, at 12.15, coffee is served at the back of the church.

We are also at the centre of the spiritual life of the village and are able to offer pastoral support to those in times of spiritual need and bereavement.
