The Parish of Hodder Valley will have a presence at the Hodder Valley Show in Slaidburn on Saturday 12th September. As part of the Blackburn Diocese's Centenary Mission Weekend we will have a tent on the show field where you will be welcome to drop in and see what we are doing in the Parish. We also hope to have the Bishop of Blackburn calling in during the afternoon!

As part of the Diocese of Blackburn' s Centenary Mission Weekend the Parish is organising a "Songs of Praise" style event known as "Hymns and Pimms." Parishioners are invited to choose their favourite hymn, chorus or worship song (request slips in each church, and you can choose more than one) and the most popular will be chosen to sing during the afternoon. After a good sing you are invited to join us for a refreshing glass of Pimm's!
