Dear Friends,

We have another lovely Sunday ahead of us as we celebrate the Feast of Christ the King, which brings the liturgical year to a close. That means of course that the following weekend will be Advent Sunday, and we have our wonderful Advent Procession on the 30th at 6.30 pm – please do come along to that if you can, and invite a friend!

This Sunday, however, all our services are as usual. Choral Evensong at 6.30 pm will be followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

At 10.45 am we will be delighted to receive Patrice Robinson into the Communion of the Church of England during the High Mass. Please pray for Patrice as he enters this new chapter in his journey of faith.

We’re still looking for volunteers to assist with our Christmas Tree Festival in a few weeks, and sign-up sheets will be at the back of church this Sunday, if you can lend a hand with baking, serving refreshments, or welcoming.
