St Mary's Oxenhope

Welcome to St Mary the Virgin, Oxenhope. Please do visit us for any service or just simply to find a quiet, special place to spend some time in thought or prayer. Do browse our site to learn a bit more about us or get in touch with us for more information.

We are delighted to say that from Sunday 30th August, St Mary's will re-open for public worship at 10 am.  Protections against Covid-19 will be in place, and if you attend, you will need to wear a mask/face covering.  St Mary's will continue to be open for private prayer on Wednesday mornings between 9.30 - 11.30 am.  There is no need to book. If you are feeling ill, or have been feeling ill within the previous 7 days, or if any member of your household has, please stay at home.  

Sunday services, Morning Prayer on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Compline (Night Prayer) on Thursdays, will also continue to be live-streamed for those who feel unable to rejoin us as yet. The live-stream can be found on our Facebook page here:, at the following times:
