Accessibility
The bread used during services of Holy Communion at St J Church is gluten-free
Well behaved assistance dogs are welcome
The toilet in the church hall is fully accessible, as is access to the building. There is a toilet at the back of church in the vestry but this may be more difficult for wheelchair users to access.
There are no formal arrangements for neurodivergence inclusion at this time, but we would like to accommodate anyone who wishes to join our activities and worship. Contact a churchwarden with any questions or requests. Note that our Cafe Church services in Guilden Sutton Village Hall offer a spacious environment with a dedicated area for children to play. The main area of seating has tables set up with games such as dominoes, where adults and children can sit together to talk and play.
The Parish Council car park is a short distance from the Church, in Church Lane.

Our Building
St John' s Cafe in the Church Hall is a registered warm space. Open 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month, from 10am to midday.
There is a 20th Century window depicting the baptism of Jesus. The flowers shown are marsh marigolds, the emblem of Guilden Sutton.
There is toilet adjoining the vestry at the back of church with nappy changing pull-down unit.
Our Cafe in the Church Hall is open on 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 10am to midday throughout the year. Home baked cakes and toasted tea-cakes are served. There is a small area to accommodate play for younger children.
Music and Worship
The organ is used for some services. More often, an electric piano is used for regular worship.
Our sister church St Peter's Plemstall (Mickle Trafford) has a 4pm BCP service some months during the year.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Messy Church is hosted at Guilden Sutton Primary School around Easter, summer and 'harvest'. Our next one is 'Messy Harvest with Apple Pressing' on 18th October, 10.30am. Why not join us?

Router usually provided for WiFi during Sunday services
The church is usually open for visitors daily. Hours may vary during holiday periods.
Church set up for Pause and Pray, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.45am. Liturgy based upon that of the Iona Community. Usually led by a volunteer on Tuesdays, occasionally on other days.

Our 'green tin hut' church hall was refurbished in 2017, and is fully accessible. Kitchen contains cooker and microwave. Contact details via our church website for booking.
