Meditation, in the pattern of the World Community of Christian Meditation (WCCM). Each session starts with a short teaching about meditation, a centring exercise and 20 minutes of silent meditation. Everyone is welcome, whether you have experience of meditation or not.

Our recruitment process for those working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults includes DBS check, references, and induction. The PCC reviews our practices on a regular basis to ensure that we comply with our Safeguarding policy.
