You are welcome here!

Wherever you are in your journey, and whatever you believe, you are very welcome to St Mark’s; come as you are!

Sundays are when we come together as a church family to worship God – Father, Son and Spirit. We celebrate His love in our singing, we talk to Him in prayer, we listen to His loving words in the Bible, and we care for one another in relationship. There is also the opportunity to receive Holy Communion (bread and wine), where we remember Jesus’ great love for us.

The service starts at 10am, and is normally finished soon after 11am.

You are welcome to stay and enjoy refreshments.

On the last Sunday of the month, we meet a bit later at 10.15am, for an all-age service. All the children stay in for this shorter service – for a time of worship, games, and bible stories, followed by tea and toast!

**On that Sunday, there is also a 9am Communion service.

There is also the opportunity to receive Holy Communion (bread and wine), where we remember and rejoice in the heart of the Christian faith – Jesus’ death and resurrection, to give real hope for us, for Mitcham, and for the world!

Mitcham, St Mark

St Mark’s is a diverse and welcoming Church of England church, in the diocese of Southwark.

Our vision at St Mark’s is to be ‘Serving Christ’s Mission in Mitcham’, by:

Listening to our Father God in the Scriptures

Caring for one another, in the power of the Spirit

Sharing the love of Jesus in word and deed with the people of Mitcham, and so

Growing as an all-age, inter-cultural, joyful community of faith, hope and love
