Mitcham Parish Church is a recognised South London Citizens Mental Health 'Be Well Hub' - seeking to reach out to people who have concerns about mental health issues - either for themselves or for others.We meet regularly after our main Sunday Service to discuss a relevant aspect of keeping well - and being well. A subject is introduced and then we break into small chat groups to discuss the issue and it is a safe space to raise any concerns we might have. People find this a warm and inclusive and supportive time together.
