CofE Birmingham are excited to announce Ad:venture 2025 – a unique run between Birmingham Cathedral and Worcester Cathedral on Saturday 29 November. 

The route is just over 30 miles, but whether you’d like to run the whole distance or join for 5km, 10km or a half marathon, we’d love for you or anyone in your parish to take part. The event will start at Birmingham Cathedral with Morning Prayer at 8.30am. The run will start from St Philip's Cathedral in Birmingham at 9am and finish at Worcester Cathedral at 4pm with Evening Prayer from 4pm-4.30pm.

The route will run along the canal towpaths, and there will be several joining points along the route, allowing people to run different distances.

We’ll be raising funds for the Diocese’s mission partners in Malawi and taking on a shared journey that captures the spirit of adventure as we prepare for Advent together.
