On Sunday 26 July, Jess renewed her baptism promises during our morning service, marking an important step in her journey of faith. It was a joyful occasion as we celebrated alongside her - complete with plenty of cake!

In this short video, Jess shares what St Hilda's means to her and reflects on what she loves most about being part of our church community. She speaks about the welcome she and her family received following a family bereavement, and how that support has helped them find a place to belong.

After the service, we made sure the water from the baptism pool didn't go to waste by using it to water the church gardens!
