We are a diverse and inclusive church where everyone is valued and welcomed. Our Church Centre serves as both a place of worship and a lively hub where faith and community come together. Please see our website for further details: www.stbarnabaserdington.org.uk

**NOTICE**

We are currently in a period of vacancy, following the departure of our previous vicar. During this time, the life and ministry of St Barnabas Church continue as normal, supported by our churchwardens, clergy from the wider deanery, and our dedicated staff and volunteers. However, some enquiries and processes may take a little longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience.

If you have any questions or need to get in touch, please contact us in the usual way. We are grateful for your support and prayers as we move through this period and seek God’s guidance for the future.

Safeguarding

St Barnabas Church Erdington is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Birmingham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the designated Safeguarding Officer or the Vicar. Details, including our Parish Safeguarding Policy are available on our website at: www.stbarnabaserdington.org.uk/safeguarding. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
