Oasis meets every Wednesday in the Welcome Space at Lighthouse Church, St Mary's site. Oasis is an exciting community hub where you can connect with others in a safe, welcoming place. Live life to the full, chat & make new friends, improve physical & mental wellbeing, learn a new skill, try a new activity, play board games and enjoy a free lunch from our café.

In early 2021 we began working in partnership with Urban Devotion (UDB) to get to know local children, families and young people and discover how we could support them in becoming everything they were created to be. We started with 3 team members and a pizza oven. This has now evolved to weekly Family Drop-In and Youth Drop-In Clubs alongside our usual blend of walking the streets, asking questions, listening and giving away lots of food!

We gather to worship together on Sunday Mornings, at 10.30am.
We are on an exciting adventure as God writes a new story here in North Birmingham. We want to be part of Jesus’ mission here, as he said in Matthew 5v14 - “You’re here to be light'“, so we encourage everyone to get involved and ‘be the light!‘ We would love you to come and be part of being the light at Lighthouse Church, come along and say hello - we'd love to meet you!

We are passionate about everyone knowing the love of God! One of the ways we are being light in our communities is by running Little Lights Stay & Play, a group for little ones aged 0-5 years. A safe place for little ones to have a play, for their parents and carers to build connections and have a cuppa!

When does Little Lights meet?

We meet fortnightly in term time on Fridays at 9:30am-11am at St. Mary's Hall, Padstow Road, B24 0TB. All you'll need is a £1 donation and we take care of the rest!
