Eleven O'Clock (Morning Prayer/Holy Communion)

Occuring
Every Sunday at for 1 hour
Venue
Christ Church New Malden
Address
Coombe Road New Malden, KT3 4RE, United Kingdom

11.00 am is a quieter and more formal service making greater use of Anglican liturgy and hymns alongside modern worship songs.

Sermons take a more traditional format but seek to expound and apply biblical teaching in a way that is relevant to our everyday lives.

On the first and third Sundays of the month we celebrate Holy Communion with the other Sundays being Morning Prayer.

A typical service lasts around one hour and fifteen minutes and is followed by refreshments in the church lounge.

A recent development is "˜the 11.00 o'clock service lunch' which takes place after the service three times a year (in October, March and June). Coordinated by Anita Ferrero and Heather Perrin, a roast is provided for all the members of the service. Entertainment is provided and the lunch forms an important part of building up our fellowship together.
