Every Tuesday from 10-12 in the Training Room. From 10-11 a quiet and reflective hour with adult colouring and mindfulness meditation. From 11-12 a variety of arts and crafts with Kerry from Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies coming on alternate weeks.
